2016 Election: A Look at State Senate #30 Race

The Forecaster:
SCARBOROUGH — Town Councilor Jean-Marie Caterina, a Democrat, is challenging Republican incumbent state Sen. Amy Volk in Senate District 30. The district includes most of Scarborough, plus Gorham and Buxton.
